Mr. Bhavesh Vora is a practicing Chartered Accountant from 1989 and senior partner of M/s. B Y & Associates.
Presently he is the President of "Investor Education and Welfare Association".
He is a past President of Chamber of Tax Consultants and presently chairman of Corporate Members Committee.
He was also a Co-Member of Professional Development Committee of WIRC of ICAI.
He is also a member of Bombay Chartered AS Subcommittee on Corporate and Allied Laws.
He is a regular speaker at various Seminars and lectures conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also delivered lectures at Reserve Bank of India, BSE, NSE, FIIMDA, ANMI, BSE Brokers’ Forum, etc, mainly on the topics of NBFCs, Accounting Standards on financial instruments, Regulatory Compliances, etc.
He has co-authored the two-guidance notes on "Audit of Accounts of members of Stock Exchange" and "Internal Audit of Stock Broker" published by ICAI. He has also co-authored the prestigious publication of Non Banking Financial Companies Treatise published by Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society in the month of July 2016.
Mr. Chakrapani Vasudevan is Post graduate in commerce from Delhi School of Economics after completing graduate programme B. Com ( Hons ) from Delhi University. He also hold’s PG Diploma in Corporate Laws and Secretarial Practice from India Law Institute New Delhi.
He was associated with Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd ( BSE ) for more than 2 decades in various positions.
As Head of Investors protection Fund he organized more than 5000 investor’s education programs every year related to capital market covering working of Stock Exchange, Equity market, MF and other segments. Managed 26 Investors service centers across India.
As Head of BSE Training Institute conducted more than 200 training programs with 40 courses related to capital market every year.
Earlier to BSE he had worked with Hindustan Construction Company(3 years) and NELCO ( Tata Company ) as systems Analyst for 6 years before getting associated with Datamatics Financial Services Ltd as Senior Manager Public issues.

He has contributed to the Skill India Mission and was also empanelled as an Assessor by CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) for assessing students under BFSI sector skill councils.
